If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact ManoBello@yahoo.com with your concerns within 5 days of receiving your item and within 14 days of our dispatch date, and we will make arrangements for a credit-refund, exchange or other solution.
After contacting Mano Bello for return authorization, returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with all enclosed documentation and copy of purchase receipt. Mano Bello will issue a full refund by shop credit on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Mano Bello reserves the right to examine returned goods for wear or damage. Items with wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
